Making Buuz! 19.06.09

After 2 years it was about time I learned how to make buuz, traditional Mongolian dumplings... it's fairly easy in theory but you need artistic skills to make them look good! The joke was to recognise the ones I made once they were cooked!


first the chopping...the dough has to be flatten on the side but less in the middle...

a lot of explanation and concentration

then comes the mutton meat, about a coffee spoon

and the most difficult part closing it and making it look good!


and the best to the end enjoy the meal with good people!
